Definition

In this agreement words

“USER” means the individual or company registered on ICT Innovations website providing his personal or corporate information .

“ICT Innovations” refers to our organization which owns SYSTEM and provide services to USERS

“SYSTEM” means ICT Innovations Platform comprises of Website , Network and Software's bundled to offer services to registered individuals or organizations (USERS) .

Registration Obligations

While registering to SYSTEM , USER agrees to provide true , accurate , current and complete information about himself and will promptly update these information in case of any change to keep it current , true , accurate and complete

USER data protection

USER will be fully responsible to keep[ confidentiality of passwords and others account information provided by SYSTEM and will be fully responsible for all activities that occur under USER access credentials ( password or accounts information's )

USER agrees to immediately notify ICT Innovations of any unauthorized use of user passwords or account or any other security breach , ICT Innovations will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from USER failure to comply with these obligations

Privacy Policy

ICT Innovations will not sell , share or provide your personal or corporate information to third party

Refund Policy

ICT Innovations agrees to offer full refund on remaining prepaid positive balances upon request for all payments made within 60 days

ICT Innovations do not offer refund for monthly subscriptions , support services , one time / setup fee and others

Prepaid

ICT Innovations offer prepaid services only and it is desirable that USER will keep their balances positive for better services

Copy Rights

All contents and Software's used in ICT Innovations SYSTEM are copy righted and user agrees to fully comply with International copyrights and trade marks and others applicable laws

Termination of Services

ICT Innovations reserve the right to terminate his services at any time with or without prior notice especially if USER is found to be in violation of ICT Innovations terms and conditions

USER agrees that ICT Innovations will not be liable to USER or any third party for modification, suspension or discontinuance of service

Modification

ICT Innovations reserve the right to modify the SYSTEM , policies , these terms and conditions at any time with or without prior notice to USERS

Warranty

ICT Innovations makes no warranty written or implied or but not limited to merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose , regarding its product or services

Liability

USER expressively understand and agree that ICT Innovations shall not be liable for any direct , indirect , incidental, special, consequential damage including but not limited to damage for loss of profits , goodwill , use , data or other intangible losses resulting from
(i)The use or the inability to use the system
(ii)Authorize access to system or any other matter relating to SYSTEM

Emergency

ICT Innovations does not provide any kind of emergency services

Applicable Law

USER agree to use SYSTEM following applicable law of his region and communications network (origination and destination ) and agrees not to use SYSTEM for illegal purpose and will be fully responsible for the consequence of such illegal usage
