How Simple Voice Broadcasting works

User upload a list of telephone numbers , upload audio message , configure outbound voice gateways and start a new campaign according to requirements using ICT Broadcast web interface and within seconds ICT Broadcast will start broadcasting user's voice message to given list of telephone numbers with real time statistics presenting through web interface .

How Interactive Voice Broadcasting works

Interactive Voice Broadcasting works with built-in inbound call center functionality or with external inbound call center, user upload a list of telephone numbers , upload audio message , configure outbound voice gateways and start a new campaign according to requirements using ICT Broadcast web interface .

ICT Broadcast places calls from list , plays audio messages and prompts to receptionist, and passes the calls to agents only when called person desire it by pressing any selected key

How SMS Broadcasting works

User upload a list of telephone numbers , upload text message , configure gsm / sms gateway and start a new campaign according to requirements using ICT Broadcast web interface and within seconds ICT Broadcast will start broadcasting user's text message to given list of telephone numbers with real time statistics presenting through web interface .
